The Plasticity specializes in the production of Aluminium Printed Blister Foil, which serves as the primary packaging material for the Pharmaceutical Industries in Bangladesh. Our Aluminium Printed Blister Foils are specifically designed to be used as the primary packaging for Tablets, Capsules etc. with the following general specification. The final product specifications are made as per agreed contact with the customers.

HEAT SEAL LACQUER

The Plasticity utilizes tinted vinyl resin as a functionalized coating over the aluminium foil, which comes into direct contact with medicines and drugs. The vinyl resin used is colorless, ensuring product purity and application safety. Additionally, the vinyl resin exhibits excellent heat-sealing properties when applied over PVC, PVDC, or coated PVC films. This makes it highly suitable for creating a secure and reliable seal in pharmaceutical packaging applications.

SEALING STRENGTH WITH PVC/PVDC/COATED PVC FILMS

PVC or PVDC or coated PVC films or coated PVC films will be 8 N/25 mm min.

PRINTING: Our printing process adheres to standard shades, texts, and layouts, ensuring compliance with client-approved designs. For non-printed specifications, we offer lacquer-coated aluminium blister foil.

LACQUER COATING: Our printing inks and lacquer coatings are specially formulated to withstand temperatures up to 180°C, ensuring durability and resilience.

CONFIGURATION: Our Aluminium Blister Foil, both printed and unprinted categories, are available in reel form, which is provided with primary and secondary packaging systems to ensure safety and for avoiding the cross-contamination chance. This configuration offers convenience and flexibility in packaging operations.
